[Ingredient]

         A complex of a variety of aromatic organic acid esters.

[Functions]

1.         A dyeing auxiliary for disperse dyes in low temperature/120 °C condition. Suitable for low temperature one bath dyeing of various kinds of polyester blended fabrics such as polyester/spandex, polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose, polyester/wool, polyester/nitrilon, woven and knitted fabrics.

2.         Excellent puffing effect on polyester. It can promotes dyeing of disperse dyes and has no effect on dyeing of direct dyes. Besides, it also has dispersing and leveling properties.

In the disperse and direct dyes low-temperature one-bath dyeing (light/medium colors), the dyeing rate of disperse dyes is over 90%.

It can prevent the condensation of dyes and won’t pollute the fabrics.

3.         Eco-friendly product, odorless.

Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid     

Ionicity: Anionic

pH Value: 5.5±0.5 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: Easily soluble in water in any proportion

[Recommended dosage]

   Disperse dyes: X% (o.w.f)

Eco-friendly Carrier: 1～3% (o.w.f)

Leveling agent: 0.5～1.5% (o.w.f)

Acid: adjust pH value to 5

[Packaging]

120kg/pack in plastic drum with bag inside. (or according to customer’s requirement)

1.         Must be stirred evenly before use

2.         This product is non-toxic and non-corrosive, but it cannot be swallowed. Touch the skin, rinse with water
