Reductive soaping agent CX-4057A

[Ingredient]

         Sulfinic acid derivative.

[Functions]

1.         Effectively destroy the undyed dye in the dye bath and the unfixed dye on the fabric.

2.         After the reductive soaping, the pH value of the dye bath is usually automatically raised to neutral.

3.         Relatively stable in wet air, no strong irritant, no foam.

4.         Directly reductive soaping in the residual liquid without draining after dyeing.

5.         Safe and convenient to use, save time, energy, water, improve efficiency and reduce costs.

6.         Improve the color fastness and reduce the burden of wastewater treatment; no need to neutralize in the subsequent rinsing.

[Properties] 

Appearance: Colorless transparent or slightly turbid liquid     

Density: 1.37 (25°C)

pH Value: 9.0±1.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: Easily soluble in water in any proportion

Compatibility: It can be mixed with anionic, non-ionic chemicals. If cationic dyes or additives are used, precipitation may occur. In this case, dispersant WA can be added. This product should not be in contact with strong oxidants, such as H2O2, NaClO, etc.

[Application range]

This product is suitable for the reductive soaping of chemical fibers such as polyester and nylon and their blended fabrics in acid dyeing bath. It has excellent reductive soaping effect in the cooling stage of the disperse dye acid dyebath. This product can also be used as a wool fiber cleaning bleaching agent.

[Recommended dosage]

1.         For reductive soaping of polyester, nylon and their blended fabrics:

A、Cool down to 85°C after dyeing.

B、Reductive soaping

Reductive soaping agent: 1-3 g/L

Fastness enhance agent: 0.3-0.5g/L [PH value under(4.0-4.5)]

85°C*15-20min

2.         Reductive soaping for disperse-reactive dyeing of polyester/cotton blended fabrics:

It’s more effective than traditional strong alkaline soaping agent, the pH value is suitable for reactive dyeing. However, before reactive dyeing, the fabric must be thoroughly washed to remove residual reducing components.

Note: After opening the cover, it must be used as soon as possible to avoid contact with air so that it’s oxidized.

3.         Wool fabric washing and bleaching:

Wool fabric is pretreated, bleached, whitened and the washed with the reductive soaping agent:

reductive soaping agent: 1-3g/L

pH value: 4.5-5.0

80-85°C*20-30min

[Packaging and storage]

120kg/pack in plastic drum with bag inside. (or according to customer’s requirement)

Sealed storage, 3 months at room temperature. (If white precipitate appears, it is normal and does not affect use.)
