Multifunctional leveling agent

[Brief Introduction]

         A degreased leveling agent specially designed for polyester fiber fabric scouring and dyeing, it is a multi-functional product integrating chelating, degreasing, penetrating and leveling functions.

[Functions]

1.         Excellent emulsifying, dispersing and degreasing effects under acidic conditions. No additional degreaser is needed for dyeing.

2.         Excellent retardation and high temperature dispersibility for disperse dyes, no need to add high temperature leveling agent when dyeing.

3.         Excellent dispersing function to disperse deposits deposited on the inner wall of the dyeing machine, ensuring no re-aggregation on the fabric.

4.         Excellent chelating function, good applicability to different water quality conditions, pure color shade.

5.         Low foam. Eco-friendly products w/o Phosphorus and APEO.

Appearance: Yellow transparent liquid     

Ionicity: Anionic/ nonionic

pH Value: 3.5±1.0(1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: Easily soluble in water in any proportion

Polyester fiber fabric scouring/dyeing same bath process.

[Recommended dosage]

Padding method: 1.0 – 1.5 % (o.w.f) (depending on the condition of cloth, dye type, equipment, etc.)

[Packaging]

50kg/120kg in plastic drum (lined with plastic bag)

Store in a cool, ventilated space, prevent heat and exposure. 6 months storage.
