Brief introduction:
A special modified silicone emulsion with low yellowing properties and good stability.
This product is applied to viscose, modal fiber and its blended fabrics. It has excellent smoothing finishing effect, especially for mercerized cotton fabric, which can achieve excellent soft, smooth, delicate and comfortable handle.
This product can be used for compounding with other products. Please pay attention to product compatibility when compounding.
Application procedure:
It can be diluted with water in ratio of 1:X (recommended 1:1 to 1:3). The pH value of the pad method should be kept below 7 (preferably between 4.5 and 6.0).
Padding method, heat setting temperature: 150℃～180℃, 50 seconds to 60 seconds.
Reference dosage (1:2 diluted solution) 50g / L ~ 100g / L.
Packaging and storage:
120KGS/Package or according to customer’s requirement.
6 months storage period.
